A small wooden dining table and two chairs sit alongside, with a bookshelf stocked with books and a window looking out onto the garden. Central heating ensures the cottage stays warm and comfortable year-round, and an Ethernet connection is available in addition to WiFi for those who need a reliable connection.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fitted with white units, dark wood worktops, and a distinctive retro-style fridge-freezer, giving it real individual character. It is fully equipped with a built-in oven and hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, crockery, pans, and utensils. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are provided on arrival alongside wine glasses. Cleaning products are also available for guest use throughout the stay.

Morpeth also benefits from a direct and frequent rail link into Newcastle city centre, making a day trip to the city straightforward and easy.
The Northumberland countryside is easily accessible from the door, with several well-established walking routes in the immediate area. The Northumberland coast — with its dramatic castles, sweeping sandy beaches, and scenic coastal walking paths — is a straightforward drive from the cottage.

Extra Charges
• Pet fee: £25 per stay. One well-behaved dog is permitted with prior notice. Please inform the host at the time of booking if you plan to bring a dog.
• Cleaning fee: £40 per stay included in final price.
Booking Policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
