Various sports events, sailing regattas, concerts, and outdoor festivals are organized on the lake. Malta Beach, located by the lake, is a perfect place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the summer weather. For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, there are numerous attractions available, including water equipment rentals, tennis courts, cycling paths, and the Malta Ski toboggan run. Lake Malta is also known for its unique floating fountain, which at specific hours presents spectacular water shows with music and lights.

Less than 4 kilometers from the apartment is the Poznań Zoo, where visitors can see a wide variety of animals, from exotic mammals to birds, reptiles, and fish. Poznań Zoo also offers various educational attractions, presentations, and shows that allow visitors to learn more about animals and their natural habitats. The Old Town is only 13 minutes away by public transport, where guests can enjoy many tourist attractions and excellent restaurants offering cuisine from around the world. It is worth visiting places such as the National Museum, the Archaeological Museum, the Croissant Museum, and the Royal Castle.

Posnania City Comfort Apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a separated sleeping area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a balcony where guests can relax with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartment offers a range of high-quality amenities, including free WiFi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric stove, a toaster, a kettle, and kitchen accessories. Guests can also use the outdoor public parking next to the building, though parking spaces are not guaranteed.
