The expansive living room features a sumptuous sofa and carefully chosen furnishings, creating a welcoming space to unwind. Step out to the balcony, where outdoor seating allows you to enjoy al fresco meals while taking in the stunning views of the Douro River.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all essential cooking utensils, perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Adjacent, the laundry area provides a washer and dryer, making longer stays convenient.

The apartment offers two inviting bedrooms. The master suite features a lavish queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a workspace, while the additional double bedroom ensures restful nights for guests. Both bedrooms have direct access to the private balcony, offering serene mornings and relaxing evenings.

Each bathroom comes with a bathtub and heated towel rack, providing a soothing start or end to your day.

Guests also have access to the condominium’s shared amenities, including a swimming pool and a football field, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some outdoor activity during your stay.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Valbom, Vila Nova de Gaia, conveniently located near local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Guests can easily visit the Gaia riverside and its famous wine cellars, and cross the Dom Luís I Bridge to explore Porto’s historic center. With good transport connections and nearby amenities, it’s an ideal base for sightseeing, dining, and enjoying the Porto region.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Porto – Campanhã (CP / Linha do Norte), is about a 12‑minute walk from the property and offers regular regional and national rail connections to destinations including Porto (São Bento / Campanhã) and beyond.

The nearest metro station is Campo 24 de Agosto (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, BX, C, E), approximately an 8‑minute walk away, providing convenient access to the Porto metro network.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20‑minute drive from the property, depending on traffic conditions.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.


We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
