Nur 5 Häuser vom weißen Sandstrand des Golfs entfernt. In der Nähe des Dorfes Anna Maria erwartet Sie dieses geräumige Haus mit einer entspannten Inselatmosphäre. Dank dieser idealen Lage können Sie zu Fuß zum Strand, zu Restaurants, Bars, zum Pier, zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Pine Avenue gehen. In diesem Privathaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3, 5 Bädern sowie einem brandneuen Pool und einer Terrasse ist viel Platz, um sich zurückzulehnen und die Umgebung zu genießen.
Die Hauptebene umfasst ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Twin-Zustellbett und einem Vollbad. Ein separater Wasch- / Vorratsraum und eine voll ausgestattete Küche führen zu einem großen, hellen und luftigen Essbereich. Der Wohnbereich bietet zwei große Sofas und Stühle, auf denen Sie sich zurücklehnen und einen Film auf dem 60-Zoll-Fernseher mit Bose-Surround-Sound ansehen können. Auf der großen Terrasse blicken Sie auf den funkelnden neuen Pool. Nehmen Sie die Deckstreppe zum Pool und zur privaten Terrasse mit Bad und Außendusche.

Perfect Family House

Our family had a wonderful time at this house! It was clean, well stocked and within walking distance of the beach. We also loved having a shaded pool to relax in. Our son has already asked to stay at this house again during our next trip to AMI!

Perfect spot for family vacation

Location, location, location.Walking to the beach and restaurants, made the stay so extra enjoyable. We stayed memorial day weekend and didn't have to worry about the traffic because everything we needed we could walk to.

Our Family Favorite!

This house has become our home away from home every other year for Thanksgiving! Eleni is an exceptional Property Manager and goes out of her way for her guests. Our first time at Anna Maria Island, and this house and it’s location made it a truly special trip with our family. Memorable Memorial Day 2024

This home is great! Location couldn't be better if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Great pool that we enjoyed daily, super easy walk to the beach and back, plus lots of extra beach toys, bikes, chairs and floats to make vacationing there easy and fun! We loved the house and proximity to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The house is well equipped and has everything we needed! Beautiful place!!!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. Appreciate a well stocked home, with everything we needed. Was probably the cleanest rental I ever stayed in. On a quite street, but close to everything. Enjoyed short walks to restaurants and beach.

The city of Anna Maria is nestled on the quiet north end of Anna Maria Island. It boasts serenity and charm with simple convenience and great restaurants and the sweetest spots to beach it. There are historical landmarks and cute shops to check out and plenty of ice cream shops to keep you cool when you want a break from the amazing sunshine. It's easy to get around on foot without feeling like you're missing out on a laid back vacation. Take a walk or go for a bike ride with ease and safety while taking in the salty air.
