Villa Adagio is situated in a spacious private area of 1000 sq. meters, offering a heated and eco-friendly swimming pool, a private parking and a big terrace equipped with external furniture. The internal is tastefully decorated and it consists of two floors. The lower level consists of an open space kitchen with a large living room, as well as a second independent hall area, the main bath-room and 2 bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It features a large kitchen table, a refrigerator, electric appliances such as coffee machine, espresso machine, mixer, toaster, dishwashing machine, an oven and microwave.

In the upper floor guests will find the master-bedroom and another en-suite bedroom, each of them with its private spacious terrace and outdoor furniture. All the mattresses are anatomical.

In the basement there is a recreation area (play room) with home-cinema with blue-ray player. It also features a ping-pong table.

Additionally, the Villa offers a completely self-contained pool house which can also accommodate guests or personnel.

Please note that pool heating is possible on request and at extra charge of EUR 50 per day.
