Enjoy a stylish experience at this beautiful and recently decorated studio apartment, with free parking on your doorstep. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Superfast wifi is provided and there is a fully equipped kitchen available for use. This is the perfect base to explore from, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.
SLEEPING:
1 x Double Size Bed with hanging space and drawers available for use. There is an Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bath and hand towels supplied for each guest, with basic toiletries also provided for your stay.
CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV, and all your favourite streaming channels installed – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and Disney Plus. Own account required for viewing. The dining area also doubles as a working desk area, and a super fast wifi connection of 100Mbps is provided for free.
EATING:
A fully equipped kitchen is provided for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, and fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, with some condiments provided. There is also a washer-dryer machine available in the property for personal use.
PARKING:
There is free parking at the property that is available for guests to use. This is located right next to the building with direct access, and there are plenty of spaces available for guests staying.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Located in Cherry Hinton there is a Tesco Superstore 5 minutes walk away, and along the local high street (10-15 minute walk) there are cafes, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. The ARM headquarters and technology park is a 2 minute drive. Addenbrookes and the Bio-Medical campus are a quick 10 minute drive. There are Buses available a short walk away, taking you to Cambridge train station and the city centre, or to drive it is 12 minutes. This flat is the perfect stay for all occasions, and a great base to take in the many local tourist attractions and colleges across Cambridge.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
