A large patio with a dining table for 8 invites guests to share pleasant moments outdoors, from sunset dinners to barbecues and wood-fired pizza evenings.

The heart of the outdoor area is the beautiful private pool (6 x 15 m, depth 20 - 180 cm), open from April to October and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. From here, the gaze stretches across the Tuscan hills, creating an atmosphere of absolute relaxation and harmony with nature.

The property also offers a spacious uncovered private parking area for about 15 cars, available to guests for a comfortable and worry-free stay. An electric car charging station is also available, with charges based on consumption.

Internal description

Villa le Murate is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The interiors, elegantly designed, are furnished with antique furniture and decorated to the highest quality standards. Upon request, 2 baby cots and 1 high chair are available. Pets are allowed on request for an additional fee.

Ground floor: On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a charming fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, stovetop, and toaster, ready for preparing any type of meal. From the kitchen, you can step directly onto the large courtyard, perfect for outdoor dining and social gatherings.

Continuing, there is a spacious and bright dining room with a fireplace, ideal for convivial dinners, a tv room with a comfortable sofa, and a large, elegant living room furnished with sofas and armchairs, designed for relaxation and socializing.

The floor is completed by a bathroom with a shower.

First floor: Climbing the internal staircase, you reach the upper floor dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 4 double bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom (3 with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower), ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Also on this floor are two cozy reading rooms, one with a panoramic balcony, perfect for reading or enjoying quiet moments.

This level also includes the laundry room, fully equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€); for stays longer than 10 nights, a 100.00€ surcharge applies, which includes a mid-stay cleaning and linen change; electric car charging station (based on consumption); pets allowed on request (15.00€ per night per pet). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
