Required Online Check-In: To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form. This includes agreeing to our terms and providing a valid UK photo ID or passport.

Security Deposit / Damage Waiver: We require guests to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £45.00.

Check-In/Out Times: Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available for a fee of £20 per hour before the standard check-in time. Late check-out is charged at £20 per hour after 10:00 AM.

Long Stays: For stays longer than 10 nights, an additional housekeeping service is required for an extra fee to maintain the quality of the home.
