This studio has been refurbished to the highest standards, offering an elegant and comfortable stay.

Sleeping & Living Area:
The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed with clean linens and bedside tables with lamps. Bath towels are provided—one per guest. A single sofa bed, a large 55-inch Smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs complete the space.

Kitchenette:
A small kitchenette equipped with a kettle, microwave, toaster, plates, cutlery, cups, and wine glasses.
Please note: There is no oven and no stove/cooker.

Bathroom:
Luxurious bathroom with a shower inside the studio. The toilet is private but located just outside the studio door on the same floor and is for your exclusive use. A sink with a mirror is located outside the bathroom door.

Additional Features:
Stunning wooden flooring and matching blackout curtains add a stylish and elegant touch.

Important Information:
• The studio is windowless. However, it is well equipped with a ventilation fan, a dehumidifier, and air conditioning for comfort.
• The private toilet is located outside the studio, while the shower is inside.
