Villa Eunomia provides a generous interior arrangement designed for comfortable island living. The villa features a main living area with a lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, with a vaulted loft-style upper level enhancing the interior volume. Three bedrooms are arranged to allow both privacy and quiet relaxation, along with an additional sleeping or leisure area. Two contemporary bathrooms with walk-in showers offer convenience for families or groups. Large openings and considered window placement frame unobstructed views across the sea, garden, and surrounding terrain, while a private pool with panoramic outlook becomes the focal point of the outdoor experience. The terrace and patio encourage outdoor dining, reading in the shade, or simply resting while the horizon slowly changes colour throughout the day.



Guests have access to air conditioning, washing machine, television with satellite channels, safe, coffee and tea facilities, and all essential kitchen equipment. Children over 13 years are welcome; cots and extra beds are not available. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. There is no age requirement for check-in. Housekeeping or additional services may be arranged on request and at an additional fee, subject to availability. According to the property’s damage policy, guests may be charged up to €300 after check-out should any damage occur.
