Spanning 71 square metres, Villa Thyonea has been thoughtfully designed with an open-plan layout that maximises space, comfort and light, while offering lovely views towards the mountains and the Ionian Sea. The villa accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. One bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second offers two single beds, making it ideal for families or couples travelling together. Both bedrooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and enjoy direct access to the private pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.



The interior comprises a stylish living area, a dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen fitted with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, electric kettle and dining table, ensuring guests have everything needed for a relaxed self-catered stay. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and includes a flat-screen TV, seating area, safety deposit box and private entrance. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the private pool with garden and pool views, a furnished terrace, patio and outdoor dining area, all designed for leisurely days and warm Lefkada evenings.



A continental breakfast is served daily and includes local specialities, warm dishes, fresh pastries, pancakes, cheese, fruit and juices. Guests should note that a refundable damage deposit of up to €300 may be required after check-out should any damage occur during the stay, in line with the property’s damage policy.
