Nestled in the award-winning White Sand development, Tradewinds enjoys a prime spot between the golden dunes of Camber Sands and the wildlife-rich grasslands of Romney Marsh.
Just a few minutes' stroll from the beach and only five miles from the historic town of Rye, this is the perfect base for beachy days, countryside wanders and lazy evenings curled up in comfort.

Master BedroomRelax and unwind in the calm of the master bedroom, featuring a double bed with soft, luxurious linens and contemporary lighting to set the mood for a peaceful night's sleep.
Second BedroomPerfect for little ones or friends, the second bedroom has two cosy single beds with cloud-soft bedding—ideal for lazy mornings and afternoon naps.
BathroomsUpstairs, the family bathroom features a bath with overhead rainfall shower and glass screen to keep things bright and breezy. There's also a handy downstairs WC so there's no queuing when it's time to get out and explore.

Downstairs, the open-plan layout is designed with sociable stays in mind—perfect whether you're planning a movie night, family dinner or just curling up with a good book.

The kitchen is fresh, functional and fully equipped for your holiday feasts—with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a Nespresso machine (with pods on us, of course).

Fire up the Weber gas BBQ, crack open something chilled, and enjoy al fresco dining surrounded by the sounds of seagulls and the distant baa of Romney Marsh sheep.
