VILLA URMA - MILNA AREA
Located on Brac Island in the quiet area of Makarac in Milna, Villa Urma is a lovely modern villa with a private heated swimming pool. The villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends and offers the perfect base to explore Brac and the rest of Croatia. You are a stone’s throw from the beach (140 m) and just a short driving distance from the historic port village of Milna, with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. For day trips, there are regular ferries to the surrounding area – including Makarska and Spilt on mainland Croatia.

Villa Urma is a 240 square metre villa which develops over three levels.

In the basement you will find an entertainment area (with a table tennis table and children’s toys).

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living space (which opens onto the outside terrace) with a well-equipped kitchen area, a sitting area (with L-shaped sofa) and a dining area (with table seating 8). In the sleeping area you will find one single bedroom (with single bed, 90 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a bathroom (with a toilet and washing machine).

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds, 180 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin/double (with two single beds that can be separate or pushed together to form a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). Two of the bedrooms share a terrace (with partial sea view) and there is a folding bed for one additional guest.

Outside, the villa features a garden with a private heated swimming pool (25 square metres; depth 1.6 m; ladder; fresh water) equipped with sun loungers. You will also find a nice veranda with an outdoor dining area (with table seating 8), an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and a stone barbecue.

Please note that the road to the villa from Milna (1.8 km) has a gravel and dirt surface (not suitable for low cars and sports cars) and is not wide enough for two vehicles.
