Welcome to relax, unwind, and enjoy Belfast from the comfort of four quaint, spacious Victorian Rooms at our lovely Victorian house in Ballyhackamore, Belfast's trendy, upscale, leafy and tranquil area.

Local restaurants, bars and amenities are only a few steps away, while the city centre, Titanic, etc, are just 15 mins by bus or taxi.

Guest rooms and spaces are upstairs with one large, shared large family bathroom, while host's private quarters are on the ground floor, offering guest privacy.

The house is a quaint, elegant old style Victorian townhouse with many original features kept intact to give you that lovely relaxing, friendly and warm atmosphere during the entirety of your stay.

Main rules due to insurance and consideration of neighbours & next guests:

- No smoking or vaping (needs to be done off premises on the street)
- We have a hand-made guide to many lovely restaurants both a short walk from the house or in the city centre if you like :)
- No noisy group gatherings in the house after 9 pm - We're happy to give you tips to great bars just 5 mins away or in the city centre where you can have a great time until the small hours :)

1) Master Bedroom offers:
- King size bed (160cm wide, max 2 people) with dual control electric blankets
- Sofa bed that can be prepared to Queen size double bed (140cm wide, max 2 people)
- Large wardrobe
- Bedside lighting
- TV with Roku (allowing you to log in with Netflix, Prime, etc)
- Small dresser/desk with mirrors

2) Second Bedroom offers:
- Queen size bed (140 cm, max 2 people)
- Large warderobe
- Bedside table
- Bedside lighting
- Small dresser/desk with mirrors

3) Third Bedroom offers:
- Queen size bed (140 cm, max 2 people)
- Hangers on door to hang up clothing
- Bedside dresser with drawers
- Bedside lighting
- Normal size dresser/desk with mirrors

4) Loft Bedroom offers:
- Queen size bed (140 cm, max 2 people) with electric blanket
- Sofa or small double bed (120cm, max 2 people)
- Small wardrobe
- Bedside dresser with drawers
- Bedside lighting
- Large dresser/desk with mirrors

Note: With the sofa beds as beds, we offer 4 double beds + 2 sofa beds that can sleep 12 people quite comfortably - or 6 people in their own beds.

The bathroom offers:

The "kitchenette" in the landing area by the stairs with

We speak English, Spanish, Italian, French, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and simpler conversations in Dutch/Flemish! :)

- Possibility of private parking space depends on availability, if not there is plenty of street parking space which is free of charge, and the Ballyhackamore area where the house is located is among the safest in Northern Ireland.

We will always try to welcome you in person, however if we shouldn't be able to be at home on your arrival, we have an quick and easy self-check-in procedure.

During your stay we'll stay in our own private premises on the ground floor, and leave you to relax and enjoy your spaces on the first/second floor.
