Enjoy a wonderful holiday in our spacious villa on Curaçao. The villa features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi/spa seating area, a tropical garden, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, and several comfortable outdoor seating areas.

Relax in the hammock under the banana tree or take a refreshing dip in the pool. The villa is located on a gated property in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a few minutes’ drive from Jan Thiel Beach, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Layout of the Property

On the gated property, next to the villa, there is a separate studio apartment.

The swimming pool, garden, and veranda are exclusively for villa guests and are not shared. Both accommodations are physically separated and each offers its own privacy.

The villa and the studio apartment can be rented together or separately. The privacy of villa guests is always fully guaranteed.

The property is accessed through a shared entrance gate. From the driveway you can walk to the private entrance of the villa or to the entrance of the studio apartment.

The villa also has its own pedestrian entrance that is exclusively for villa guests.

The studio apartment can optionally be booked for 2 additional guests (maximum of 10 guests in total).

Water

Water usage is included. We kindly ask guests to use water responsibly.

Mid-stay Cleaning (for longer stays)

For stays longer than 7 nights, it is possible to schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

In Curaçao’s warm tropical climate, this provides extra hygiene and comfort during your stay. Many guests experience it as a pleasant reset halfway through their vacation.

During the mid-stay cleaning:

• The villa will be cleaned
• Beds will be refreshed with clean linens
• Fresh towels will be provided

You’ll enjoy that wonderful “first day of vacation” feeling all over again ✨

The cost for this mid-stay cleaning is €95.

⚡ Electricity Usage

During your stay, 35 kWh of electricity per day is included, which is usually sufficient for normal use, including air conditioning in the evening and at night.

To keep energy usage fair and transparent, we charge €10 per night for electricity management. This amount is separate from the regular security deposit for possible damage to the property or inventory.

If electricity usage remains within 35 kWh per day, this amount will be fully refunded after your stay.

If usage exceeds this amount, the additional electricity will be charged at €0.55 per kWh.

The electricity meter readings are recorded by the property manager at check-in and check-out.

With this system we take the environment into account and encourage responsible energy use.

More than 90% of our guests stay within the 35 kWh per day with normal use (air conditioning mainly at night).

Quiet Hours

To keep the neighborhood pleasant and peaceful, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum both inside and outside after 10:00 PM.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in from 2:00 PM
• Check-out until 10:00 AM
• Minimum stay: 3 nights

Late check-out may be possible for an additional fee and depending on availability.

Parking

The entire villa is at your disposal.

The villa has its own entrance and private parking spaces on the property (space for 2 cars).

If the studio apartment is rented separately, those guests will park outside the gate.
