Very nice and comfortable flat, close to the ocean. With own terrace, separate bedroom, living room with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. First floor, in a quiet location. The apartment is new and affordable, absolutely unmissable!

Your holiday home in Cape Verde: a wonderful, bright apartment in Santa Maria (Sal Island) with a large terrace and a direct sea view. 100 meters from the beach and from the famous wind-surfing club and restaurant 'Angulo'.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for:
- a refundable cash deposit of 100 Euros for any damage to the apartment.
Due to extremely drought island, consumption of water and electricity must always be responsible. Your water and electricity consumption are included in the price but remember to avoid any wastage and please try to adopt a conservative usage, thank you.
Of course, we will organize (on request) your transfer from the airport 20 euro depending if day/night time
Internet: we don't have wifi. Local economic sim card offering good access for both smartphones and laptops, plus cheap national calls and sms.
*** Please note: we are in very arid island, water is a precious commodity (it could cost up to 12 euro per cubic meter)! Please use it sparingly, avoiding waste. A proper consumption was expected to reach around 1-2 cubic meters per week for a couple ***
