Each villa has private swimming pool with a comfy outdoor lounge area. Floating breakfast available at the property add on (Php 1,000 2pax) serves at 7am to 10am. The bedroom has king size bed, air-condition, flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, Iron, desk/workplace, wardrobe, hangers, clothes rack, safety box, socket near bed and fully equipped with smoke detector and fire extinguisher for safety purposes. A modern private bathroom has bathroom amenities set (Dental Kit, Shaving Kit, Vanity Kit, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Shower Gel), hot/cold shower, fresh towel sets,linens, bidet, hair dryer, toilet paper, trash can, rag. The kitchen has dining table and chairs, stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchenware. Private swimming pool includes pool towels, sun bed, drying rack for your wet pool towels, Has a pool view, patio, garden. Wi-fi is available throughout the villa.
Security Deposit: Please be advised that a general security deposit of 3000 pesos per stay, payable in cash only, shall be charged upon check-in to cover any incidentals or damages. This security deposit shall be returned at the end of the stay upon checking out if not required to be used.Please be advised that we do offer free private transportation going to Alona beach, Dumaluan beach.
