From the moment you step through the front door, the flat has an energy and warmth that is immediately apparent. The living space is generous and light-filled, anchored by a bold orange feature wall, an ornate crystal and bead chandelier overhead, and warm wood-effect flooring that runs throughout. The space has been put together with genuine care — comfortable seating, colourful accents, framed artwork, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home from the very first evening.

Whether you are returning from a day out on the waterfront, planning your next adventure over a meal at the dining table, or simply settling in to watch TV after a busy day exploring the city, the flat provides everything you need to unwind and recharge.

The Layout
The flat occupies the entire ground floor and offers exclusive use of all rooms for the duration of your stay. There are no shared hallways or communal areas to navigate. Access is via a private entrance using a lockbox at the front door, giving you complete flexibility to arrive and depart at a time that suits you.

Living room
The living room is a generous, light-filled space with bold, warm décor and wood-effect flooring. It is furnished with a comfortable grey sofa dressed with orange cushions, a blue velvet armchair, and a central coffee table. A large TV sits on a dark media unit opposite, and a large sash window fitted with horizontal blinds brings in good natural light. Overhead, an ornate crystal and bead chandelier adds a distinctive touch of character to the room. Framed artwork and a potted plant complete the space, giving it a lived-in, welcoming feel.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well-equipped with sleek grey fitted units, white worktops, and a grey subway-tile splashback set against blue-painted walls. It features an induction hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, and freezer, along with a washing machine and all the cooking basics you need to prepare meals in with ease. Ample worktop space and good ventilation make it a practical and comfortable space to cook. An open doorway leads through directly to the dining area.

Dining area
A dedicated dining area sits adjacent to the kitchen, furnished with a wooden dining table and chairs — a welcoming spot for a relaxed meal in, complete with wine glasses and woven place mats.

Bedroom — double
The double bedroom has been finished to a high standard, with a vibrant yellow feature wall adding warmth and energy to the room. The bed is dressed with crisp white linen, coordinating gold-toned cushions, and a luxurious gold throw, and arrives prepared with a decorative towel arrangement. The room also includes a bedside table with lamp, a full-length freestanding mirror, clothing storage, and a framed golden tree artwork above the bed. A slatted blind is fitted to the window.

Bathroom
The bathroom is finished with large-format grey wall tiles and features a pedestal basin, WC, and a full-size bath with a chrome rainfall shower head, adjustable shower column, and glass screen. Shampoo, body soap, and shower gel are all provided. The windowsill has been thoughtfully dressed with folded towels, decorative ornaments, and a small bonsai plant, giving the room a calm and considered finish.

Parking
Free on-street parking is available on Wolsdon Street, approximately 100 metres from the property — the same street as another property managed by your host, making it straightforward to locate.

Wyndham Street West sits in Stonehouse, one of Plymouth`s most centrally positioned and historically rich neighbourhoods, and the flat`s location makes the very best of it. Plymouth`s most-loved destinations are all within comfortable walking distance, and the area itself has a good selection of local pubs, takeaways, and independent eateries right on the doorstep.

Plymouth Hoe — the city`s iconic seafront promenade — is just a ten-minute walk away. Here you can enjoy sweeping views across Plymouth Sound, visit the historic Smeaton`s Tower lighthouse, or simply take in the open green space along the water`s edge. Royal William Yard, a beautifully restored Georgian naval victualling yard now home to a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, and independent businesses, is approximately fifteen minutes on foot and well worth a visit.

The Barbican, Plymouth`s characterful old quarter, is around twenty minutes` walk. Its cobbled streets are lined with independent restaurants, cafés, art galleries, and bars, and it is also home to the historic Mayflower Steps and the National Marine Aquarium — a full afternoon`s worth of exploring in its own right. Plymouth city centre, with its shops, eateries, and The Box museum and gallery, is approximately twelve minutes on foot.

For getting around further afield, bus services on and around Union Street connect the area to wider parts of the city, and Plymouth train station is approximately twenty minutes on foot or a short bus ride from nearby stops. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are also readily available throughout Plymouth.

Booking Policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
