With a security intercom system, the main entrance leads into a beautifully designed Japanese themed atrium, featuring palm trees and a seating area. The apartment can be accessed by internal stairs or via one of two elevators. Once on the open glass balcony overlooking the atrium the apartment is accessed through a private entrance door. This spacious entrance hall is completed with wooden flooring and a welcoming entrance mat.
Living Room
This dual aspect open living space accented by contemporary wall art is complemented with a comfortable and stylish Scandinavian inspired three-seater sofa so you can spread out and watch your favourite movies or shows on the 43'' WiFi-connected Smart TV or curl up beneath the floor lamp on the luxurious cocktail chair with a good book and hot drink.

This bright open-plan modern kitchen complete with contrasting worktops is fitted with integrated appliances, such as a fridge freezer and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped for your catering needs and includes a worktop mounted Nespresso Essenza machine with a selection of coffees that allows you to make your perfect coffee.

The apartment is perfectly located a short distance from the city centre and a short stroll to the historical Devonport Dockyard. Located on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor the historical city of Plymouth is the gateway to Cornwall and is surrounded by some of the South Wests most unforgettable coastlines.
