Lido di Noto, superb accommodation within walking distance of the sea. Part of a terraced villa, independent and with generous spaces, with a patio and courtyard shared with another apartment but with a separate table and chairs to ensure your independence even outside. Indoor parking
The space
Part of a villa with a wonderful view of the sea. Beach in Lido di Noto within walking distance. All the comforts of a private home, finely furnished and practical. Indoor parking, beach nearby.
Guest access
Perfect for up to 3 people: double bedroom, single bed in the loft, new fully equipped kitchen, dining area with TV, a bathroom and an additional bathroom. Air conditioning. Panoramic terrace at the entrance, airy, with beautiful sea views and a table for your outdoor dinners. Parking space in the courtyard, additional outdoor shower area for when you return from the beach. There's really nothing missing!!!

Mezzanine sleeping area that is reached via an internal spiral staircase. Pay attention to the steps of the spiral staircase and the slope of the ceiling in the bedroom. The sleeping area consists of a separate double bedroom with air conditioning equipped with a skylight, a small bathroom (toilet and sink) and a ventilated corner where the single bed is located.
