Introducing this stylish and contemporary villa in the perfect location if you are looking for a villa with walking distance to all amenities. It is hard to find a modern villa like this in such an ideal location. It is only a short 5 - 7-minute walk to Puerto Banus and the beaches. In addition, even closer is Centro Plaza which has an array of cafes, a gym, boutiques, and a famous Saturday market.
The villa offers 5 fantastic en-suite bedrooms with luxury finishes throughout. On the entrance level you will have the sleek open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area lounge with Smart TV. A beautiful bright space with large glass doors that lead to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. The pool can be heated at an extra cost.
Outside, there are 6 sunbeds, a gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy with your loved ones on your next holiday. The ground level also features a bedroom with two single beds with an en-suite bathroom.
Moving up the stairs to fin the master bedroom that is very spacious and features a en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also access to a large terrace that overlooks the pool. A perfect spot for enjoying your morning cup of coffee! In addition, there are two more bedrooms on this level, one with double bed and one with two single beds.
The lower level of this villa is ideal for entertaining. It has a entertainment room with sofa, large TV and Pool table.
