Infinity Villa - 4 bedroom villa with private pool

This beautifully presented 4 bedroom villa locates in a quiet area within the Praia D’El Rey resort a few minutes walking to the clubhouse.

Set on two floors, this villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open plan living/dining room, a beautiful garden and pool.

As you come inside Infinity Villa you will find a bright hall with doors opening to spacious living/dining room, with 3 comfortable sofas, flat screen, a fireplace, dining table and chairs. The dining area has direct access to the very modern kitchen, completely equipped: hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. A separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board and others.

The two bedrooms are to the left as you enter the house and share a bathroom with a shower. One has two single beds and the other a double bed and large windows given access to exterior patio. The remaining two bedrooms are on first floor. The master bedroom, very spacious has a king size bed, closet and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. You will be able to enjoy the great view to ocean, golf course and also the lovely garden and pool. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom also with shower and bathtub. The balcony has two comfortable chairs to enjoy the lovely views.

The lovely garden has beautiful colors all around, mixing up with the beautiful blue from the salted water swimming pool. There are several areas within the garden, one with sunloungers so you can enjoy the sun, a round table by the pool, a dining table and chairs by the barbeque for a meal outside and some sofas to relax. The pool can be heated at request and for an additional fee. The villa has free wi-fi.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and checkout is by 10:00 a.m.
Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.

Arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and midnight are subject to a €25 surcharge.
Arrivals after midnight are subject to a €50 surcharge.
