Villa Joel is a house with a private pool, located in Son Carrió, a quiet residential area just minutes from Ciutadella. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area, it offers ample space for families and groups. Outside, there is summer furniture, a barbecue, and a private parking space directly in front of the property. Just a 5 minute walk from Cala Santandria, its location is perfect for exploring the beaches and hidden gems of the island.
Villa Joel offers Wi Fi throughout the property and provides bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels for all guests. Pool maintenance is included and guests are always notified at least 24 hours in advance. Each bedroom on the main floor has air conditioning, and there is an additional unit in the hallway on the lower floor that cools the rooms. The other rooms can be ventilated by opening the windows, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature during the summer. A cot and highchair are available upon request; we recommend requesting them in advance to guarantee availability.
