Spinnaker is a charming, ground-floor property located in the sought after village of Low Newton-by-the-Sea. It is situated just a few metres around the corner from the sandy beach so you can enjoy beautiful walks along the Heritage Coastline during your stay. There is excellent bird watching on the doorstep, with a renowned bird sanctuary located just behind the dunes near the property. Perfect for couples, families and small groups, Spinnaker offers the ideal base for tranquil retreats on the Northumberland coast.



The Space:

If you're looking for a homely spot near the beach in Northumberland, Spinnaker is a fantastic choice! This welcoming home is well furnished and is equipped with a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom. Whether you're planning an adventure filled getaway or a relaxing escape, this dog friendly property is perfectly placed for both!



Spinnaker benefits from an open plan kitchen, living and dining room ideal for socialising and unwinding with loved ones. The living area has a Smart TV with a DVD player as well as three comfy sofas.



Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine. You can cook up a storm whilst listening to music thanks to the radio provided too! The dining area features a wooden dining table and four chairs.



Head to the master bedroom and you'll find a double bed, basin, window seat and TV. Ideal for children, the second bedroom has twin beds, along with a window seat and TV.



In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with an electric shower overhead, WC, and basin.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Spinnaker are accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.



Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.



Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Spinnaker per reservation.



Please note that the mobile signal in Low Newton-by-the-Sea is weak, however WiFi is available inside Spinnaker. A telephone is provided in the kitchen for emergency use.

The nearest train station to Low Newton-by-the-Sea can be found in Alnmouth, a 20-minute drive away from Spinnaker. Alnmouth Train Station has direct services operating to locations across the UK including Berwick-upon-Tweed, Dunbar, Edinburgh, London, Morpeth, Newcastle upon Tyne and Penzance.
