Just a short walk from Holloway Road Station and the Emirates Stadium, it’s hidden in a safe and quiet Georgian neighborhood. With bright interiors, underfloor heating, a bean-to-ground coffee machine, and a rare outdoor patio, it's the perfect home away from home for your London retreat.



The Space:

As you step through the private street entrance, you're welcomed into the heart of the flat: a bright, open-plan living and dining area that extends into a sleek kitchen and out to a private patio. This space is filled with natural light, lush greenery, and a super-cozy sofa, ideal for unwinding after a day out.



Moving forward, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite with a large bath, perfect for an evening soak. The second bedroom, with a comfy sofa bed and a desk, alongside an additional bathroom, makes the flat incredibly comfortable for a family or a small group of friends.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy easy self check-in via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience any time after the check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in a vibrant North London neighborhood, just off Holloway Road. It offers fantastic transport links, with easy access to both King's Cross and Highbury & Islington.



The area is a mix of charming converted Georgian buildings and modern homes, known for its creative atmosphere and local character. You'll find independent cafés, restaurants, and nearby parks, all within a short stroll, creating a perfect blend of city life and peaceful retreat.



Getting Around:

The flat is just a 8-minute walk from Holloway Road Station, where you can jump on the Piccadilly Line, which takes you to central London in less than 15 minutes and to Heathrow Airport in under an hour.



It’s also just a 10-minute walk from the Emirates Stadium, perfect for game days. King's Cross Station is a short 15-minute journey by bus or tube, giving you fast connections to the rest of the city and beyond.
