This 3 bedroom townhouse is situated within the private and gated condominium of Vila dos Principes, in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens and access to three large shared swimming pools.

From the stylish living room three sets of French doors open out to the very sunny south-facing terrace complete with dining table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a family bathroom. The master bedroom is on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. From the master bedroom a set of French doors open out onto a large sunny balcony. All the bedrooms have divan beds offering very flexible accommodation as they can be made up as doubles or singles. There are also an additional two fold out beds available (with bed linen at a nominal extra cost).

A collection of books is available for holiday reading and there is also a selection of children’s toys. This property is always popular with families as one of the three heated swimming pools and the children’s pool is a short walk away through the gardens. WiFi is available through a WiFi hotspot. It is suitable for light internet use.

Set within landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, Vila dos Príncipes is a very secure and sociable cluster of apartments and townhouses situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, making it especially ideal for families. There are three large swimming pools all with plenty of sunloungers and large parasols, all heated during the summer months, and one from Easter to the end of October.

The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 10 minutes on foot. The 5 star Marriott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away, and the sandy beach is less than or 5 minutes away by car.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
