Vista Verde - 3 bedroom apartment near the golf course with shared pool

Vista Verde is a nice ground-floor apartment situated right at the resort entrance, in Aldeia das Caravelas, with access to a shared pool and adjoining toddler pool, centrally positioned within the beautifully laid out gardens and supplied with sun loungers. The pool is heated from May until September.

Recently refurbished, this apartment has very spacious areas. The living and dining room has a very comfortable sofa and two arm chairs, flat screen TV, and a dining table and chairs for 6. The large doors give access to the exterior patio, with table and chairs for a meal outside.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double sink. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each and both share the bathroom with a walk-in shower at the corridor. Both have large doors/windows giving direct access to the shared garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. It has a small table perfect for breakfast in the morning.

Set within landscaped gardens of pine trees, shrubs and lawns, Aldeia das Caravelas is a cluster of apartments situated at the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 10 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
