A beautiful villa in "The Village" with plenty of privacy and a fantastic view!
Situated on an 18-hole golf course, this tropical villa offers an unparalleled sense of peace and tranquility. From the spacious veranda and living room, you have unobstructed views of the golf course and a body of water, where graceful flamingos regularly make an appearance.
The villa combines elegance and comfort with the natural beauty of its surroundings. Large sliding doors connect the indoors and outdoors, allowing you to fully enjoy the tropical climate, the colorful garden, and the unobstructed views.
Built in Caribbean style, the Blue Bay villa is spacious, comfortable, and offers plenty of privacy. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower, toilet, sink, and a separate guest toilet, an open-plan kitchen, and generous living areas, the villa is perfect for families, friends, golfers, and anyone who values privacy and tranquility. Whether relaxing on the veranda or admiring the flamingos at sunset, this villa offers a unique tropical experience.
The villa also features a TV (including Apple TV and all Dutch channels) and a safe in the closet of the master bedroom. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, including a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, blender, toaster, and kettle. A spacious living room opens onto a very large veranda. Next to the front door is a separate room housing the washing machine.
Wooden shutters and ceiling fans allow you to set your own comfortable temperature. There are also ceiling fans on the veranda, along with a powerful mobile fan that can be positioned for your convenience.
