Casa Terracota is a promise of an unforgettable experience amidst the beauty of the countryside! This luxurious villa seamlessly combines contemporary furnishings with traditional Portuguese architecture. Featuring four bedrooms and an open plan living area that flow onto the deck, it exudes a refined simplicity, enriched by the breathtaking surroundings.

- Building

Casa Terracotta is the result of an architectural project where traditional features have been respected, masterfully incorporating rustic elements and materials alongside all the comforts of the modern world. It is spread over two floors, accessible by stairs, and has air conditioning in all rooms to ensure your comfort throughout the year!

- Living Room and Kitchen

Upon entering Casa Terracotta, you are greeted by a spacious area where the living room and kitchen coexist. Connecting with the deck through large sliding doors, it is bathed in sunlight throughout the day, creating a sense of harmony between the interior and exterior.

The living area consists of a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a Smart TV, and a fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen complements this living area, creating the perfect place to gather, create, and share memories, especially around the spacious dining table.

It includes an oven, stove, microwave, espresso and filter coffee machines (coffee not included), toaster, electric kettle, and dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer.

- Deck

An idyllic space to relax and socialize. It features a dining table, seating area, loungers, and an inviting and refreshing pool. Day or night, it will be one of your favorite places to be!

The pool (1,45m deep) also has a heating system to adjust to your preferences (subject to an extra cost).

- Bedrooms

The house has four bedrooms, each with unique decor and ambiance. Two suites on the first floor, both with double beds and air conditioning. On the second floor, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to an inviting balcony with stunning views; another with two single trundle beds (only suitable for kids).

- Bathrooms

Casa Terracotta has 3 full bathrooms with walk-in showers, two en suite, and a guest bathroom.

￫ The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or restocking are not included.

￫ Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation.

￫ Included in your stay is a weekly cleaning with a change of bed linens and towels, as well as a mid-stay cleaning (without linen/towels changes and lasting about 1 hour).

￫ Check-in starts at 5:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ Crib is available upon request and subject to an extra cost of 25€.

￫ During your stay, you are responsible for the proper care and use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or the mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the resulting costs will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.

￫ For stays of 28 days or longer, monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ The pool has a heating system, subject to an additional cost.

￫ Construction work is ongoing on the adjacent property, with no estimated completion date.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.

- Weekly cleaning service with bed linens and towels change.

- Mid-week maintenance cleaning service, with no linens or towels change.

- The house is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.

- Crib is available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
