There is occasionally public street parking available on surrounding streets near to the building - charges may apply. Manchester Piccadilly Station is around 10 minutes walking distance.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. This property has no elevator - you will be required to take the stairs up to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.



Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.
