The Space:

We are excited to welcome you to The Heim, a stylish two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in Manchester's city centre. The property features sleek finishes, high ceilings, and tall windows that flood the space with natural light - all just steps from the energy of King Street. This apartment sleeps up to six guests.



Kitchen and dining area

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It features a fridge freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided. Complimentary items include Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt and pepper. The six-seater dining table is perfect for enjoying a meal together or hosting a dinner with friends - and equally useful as a workspace for those travelling on business.



Bedrooms

There are two king-size bedrooms, both fitted with blackout curtains and ample wardrobe space, offering a restful retreat after a day in the city.



Bathroom

The single bathroom is finished with marble tiles and sleek black fixtures. A walk-in shower, vanity area, and a full set of bathroom essentials are provided - including bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



Living area

The open-plan living area is designed for both relaxation and connection. Settle into the comfortable sofa for an evening in with the TV featuring Sky and streaming services, or gather around the six-seater dining table for a shared meal or a productive work session. Large windows frame the cityscape, keeping natural light at the heart of the space throughout the day.



Sofa Bed

The living area sofa converts into a comfortable double sofa bed, accommodating up to six guests in total. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you're unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

The Heim is set in the heart of Manchester's city centre, just steps from King Street's boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. The surrounding neighbourhood offers a wealth of dining, shopping, and cultural attractions within easy reach on foot.



Amenities and access

The apartment is equipped with a washer, iron, and heating throughout, along with reliable WiFi for work or streaming. Entry is effortless via smart lock self check-in, and an elevator provides easy building access. For your safety, the property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, a Minut decibel sensor in the communal living space (a sound-monitoring device only - not a recording device), and an exterior security camera at the front door monitored 24/7.

Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.



If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the second floor to access the apartment.

Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.
