Fantastic apartment located in a quiet and exquisite area of Gaia, just 15km away from the city of Porto. The apartment is beautifully-decorated and offers a balcony with an amazing view over the Atlantic Ocean. The whole place is blessed by the sunlight light during the day and it's located in a very calm residential area, surrounded by gardens, cycle paths, and just 300 meters away from the beach. São Félix Seaside Oasis is the perfect match of peacefulness and fun!

The apartment is located in the ground floor. It's a fully-equipped apartment with the most amazing facilities and areas. It's absolutely perfect for families or small group of friends looking for some nice days by the beach, but close enough to a big and exciting city as Porto.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one ensuite with a double-bed and another with two individual beds.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms with shower.

￫ Living/Dining Room
The living room has a flat screen TV, decorative fireplace, an inviting sofa-bed next to the balcony and dining table.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Free parking nearby, subject to availability

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫There is a thermostat in the apartment that controls the room temperature and heating remotely.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
