Between nature and sea, Casa Marilena is located in the exclusive Punta Cetarola hillside residence, 7 km from Sperlonga, with private parking space. Please note that a car is necessary to move around the area.
A semi-detached villa, the house is on one floor, has independent access, a private outdoor area of about 25 square metres with a charming view of the hillside vegetation and the sea. The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 persons; it consists of an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed with 2 single beds, a small dining table, a separate kitchenette equipped with a hob with 2 induction hobs, an electric oven and a small refrigerator. The double bedroom has large sliding doors that can be closed to give privacy or opened to create more visual space. The bathroom in the hallway is complete with shower. The outdoor area is equipped with a covered patio, table and chairs and a sink. Washing machine in the compartment at the end of the kitchen.
