Wir befinden uns auf dem Vorgebirge von Punta Cetarola - ein wundervolles Panorama, das 180 ° von der Insel Ischia stromaufwärts in einem Naturpark erstreckt - im Grünen und nur 6 km vom schönen Dorf Sperlonga mit seinen weißen Stränden und dem Meer entfernt kristallin. The kids had a blast in the pool. Great for a big group. We had to share rooms as a family it wasn’t a big deal. But if you need separate rooms just request them.I missed the fine print on that.Giulia is fantastic - just let her know what your needs are

It was great. Great view, i would have liked better kitchen utensils, but other than that it was great. It was rather out of the way, but the view and quiet made up for the drive.

Fantastic location away from the crowds

We were looking for somewhere to host our family for a 40th wedding anniversary. This place was perfect. A great welcome from Giulia. The views over the sea from the numerous different terraces and pool are superb. The pool was clean and the water just the right temperature to cool us down after lounging in the very hot sun. The pizza oven and outdoor kitchen were both much used for evenings under the stars. The beds were comfortable and there is AC in the rooms although we didn’t need it. The nearest beach was Bazzano which we all felt was the best beach we had ever been to. Warm shallow sea, fine sand and lots of sun shades. The nearby town of Sperlonga was delightful with narrow twisting streets and whitewashed houses perched on a rocky outcrop high above the sea. Really beautiful. We will be back one day.

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful time at this lovely villa overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta.There was a delay in the check-in process as previous guests had not adhered to the checkout time, but we were able to busy ourselves in Sperlonga until the property was readyJust a heads up, we were a party of 10 and were expecting to have access to all of the rooms at the Villa, however, some of the bedrooms were blocked off and we did not have access to them. This wasn’t a big deal, but it would’ve been nice to have a couple of extra bedrooms for the snorers in our group.Also, it would’ve been nice to have been provided with some extra towels. We were allotted one towel per person for the week and we didn’t find this was sufficient considering that we had to use this one towel for bathing and for use at the pool.Another thing to be aware of is that there are extra costs added on to the price of this rental property which you have to pay at the time of check-in. We were informed that this was to cover the cost of cleaning, electricity, and linen service. It was a little costly for the services that were provided I think this should have been more clearly outlined in the advertised property listing.Overall, the property is beautiful in an absolutely stunning location. The pool is beautiful, and the kids spent many hours having fun in the pool. In spite of these little complaints, we definitely come back to this property.

Stunning views and relaxation - but do take note!

This standout experience staying here is the view. The views from this villa are stunning, it’s placement on the mountains south of Sperlonga is just perfect, you really couldn’t ask for more. We stayed here in July 2022 as a family of 5, including a toddler. The house is very roomy and split over levels so we had plenty of space. The house is not modern and trendy, but it has character and well equipped. The pool is a real treat and a lovely way to cool off on a hot day - it’s a salt water pool, but there is even an outdoor shower to freshen up and plenty of loungers. My sons loved playing and swimming in it, whilst myself and mother-in-law enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool section at the top. The house is at the end of a private road and is very rural - a word of advice is to stay on the paved tracks and listen to the hosts directions! Google maps nearly had us driving very abruptly down a mountain, so take care! Due to the position and layout of the house, this place would not suit the elderly or anyone who may struggle with stairs or heights. The nearest beach is a 15 minute drive down the mountain, although you can see them from the lookout point next to the house. Our favourite beach was Bazzuna closest to the house. For a short drive further up the coast, we also really enjoyed Terracina. The only downside of this house is the mosquitos! It is in the countryside, so be prepared for LOTS of mosquitos and ants about. I ended up having to wear jungle strength repellent but even then got attacked. Put me off being outside although my eldest sons still braved it alongside some citronella incense sticks to play some table tennis, table football and darts on the top deck. I’m summary, we could have easily stayed longer and all very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of a Italy. Just bring the mosquito spray and stay off the gravel roads! :)

Sehr ruhige Lage mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer

Urlaub war sehr schön - sehr ruhige Lage, traumhafter Blick. Man kommt nur mit dem Auto ans Meer und nach Sperlonga. Die Umgebung und speziell Sperlonga ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Küche ist etwas klein.

Vista stupenda

La villa affaccia direttamente sul mare offrendo una vista stupenda e si trova immersa nella vegetazione. E' un po' isolata, dista circa 20 minuti dalla spiaggia piu vicina, ma quando ci si fa l'abitudine non sembra piu' cosi' lontana. Purtroppo gli interni tanto quanto gli esterni della casa danno l'impressione di essere molto trascurati, è tutto un po vecchio e usurato, arredamenti, pareti, docce, materrassi, utensili della cucina, sicuramente hanno bisogno di essere sostituiti. Soprattutto il materasso della camera matrimoniale era in pessime condizioni, oltre ad essere scomodo. Ci sono molti frigoriferi e congelatori sparsi per la villa ma nessuno che funziona bene. Insomma considerando la tariffa richiesta, sicuramente ci aspettavamo qualcosa in piu da questo punto di vista e se non fosse stato per la vista mozzafiato sicuramente non avrei dato piu' di una stella alla casa in se. Le spese sono da pagare in contanti, al checkin. Punto a favore, grande assortimento di libri. La casa era pulita e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e ospitali al nostro arrivo. Non la raccomando comunque ad una famiglia con bambini molto piccoli, come nel nostro caso, a causa degli interni stracolmi di oggetti, piatti e bicchieri in ogni dove e ad ogni altezza, e' stato veramente difficile tenere i bambini lontani da tutto senza fare danni. La piscina e' uno dei punti di forza della casa, i bambini l'hanno apprezzata molto. Consiglio: seguire attentamente le istruzioni del proprietario per raggiungere la casa e non utilizzare in nessun caso navigatori o google maps che conducono a strade senza uscita.

Un compleanno da sogno

Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno dei 50 anni di mio marito! Location spettacolare. Ci siamo innamorati del posto. Bellissima la vista, la piscina e la Vegetazione che circonda la casa. Unico neo..le troppe zanxare e formiche consiglio una disinfestazione piu accurata e piu frequente. E poi le zanzariere alla finestre. Per il resto tutto perfetto!!!! Prox anno ci riandremo!!!

essere in paradiso e sentirsi a casa

viall Luna Rossa è una piccola chicca. I video e le foto pubblicato rendono solo una parte del bel posto che ti abbraccia quando arrivi. le terrazze che ti fanno tuffare lo sguardo su quel mare così bello, i fiori e le piante che ti avvolgono, il silenzio tutto attorno è stato per noi un toccasana. alcune note tecniche: eravamo un gruppo di tre famiglie con bambini (grandi) e non tutte le depandance erano aperte per noi. la casa si divide su piu livelli con angoli cottura un po qua e un po la. la zona centrale ovviamente è quella piu fornita e comoda. le depandance sono cmq attaccate alla casa quindi,a parte avere entrate indipendenti, non sono lontane o nascoste. cucina ben servita anche con pentoloni grandi, macchina del caffè nespresso, ecc.. la PIscina non è così piccola come mi sembrava, è cmq uin piscina da relax, non certo da fare i centro metri a nuoto. ci sono molti scalini ma molto dolci, ovviamente quindi non adatto a carozzine o a chi a problemi a deambulare. la casasi volge a verso sud quindi non vedrete (almeno ad agosto) il tramonto sul mare ma è cmq uno spettacolo bellissimo. per andare al mare SI VA IN AUTO! anche noi abbiamo esplorato (un po per gioco) la collina alla ricerca di un passaggio nascosto.. niente.. si va in auto. la villa è all'interno di un consorsio riparato da un ingresso con cancellone, ma poi le proprietà sono isolate e intime. cose che si possono migliorare: nell'unica depandance che avevamo a disposizione ilbagno era molto piccolo e semplice e l'illuminazine era molto "romantica" , forse troppo. nella nostra settimana abbiamo beccato tante zanzare , ma li che ci fai... nella cucina potrebbe essere utile un microonde che in vacanza fa molta compagnia. abbiamo avuto qualche problema con i frigoriferi : ce ne sono diversi oltre a quello in cucina ma non tutti funzionanti... quindi.. se dovete tenere al fresco bottiglie d'aqua per un esercito è un po un problmea, per il nostrosoggiorno non abbiamo avuto problemi. Sperlonga paesino è una chicca! 12 min di auto e siete in centro anche se i parcheggi sono un po scarsi!, Gaeta mi ha sorpreso, un centro storico molto carino, anche Terracina ah un centro storico molto interessante anche se tenuto non benissimo. san felice circeo invece è meglio andare di sera quando le strade si popolano. ultima cosa: gli incendi.. in una settimana per tre giorni avevamo i canadair che ci volavano sopra.... che dire.. OTTIMA SOLUZIONE, La sig,ra Giulia è fantastica, posto merita!!

Giulia et Massimo ont été fantastiques, toujours disponibles et extrêmement réactifs. L’endroit et splendide et on ne se lasse pas de la vue. Une maison très agréable, on en gardera un souvenir impérissable. Note aux inconditionnels de la vie en ville: munissez vous d’anti-moustiques!!

Spacieuse villa avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons séjourné à deux couples et quatre enfants pendant une semaine. La villa est très agréable, bien équipée et structurée avec des annexes si l’on souhaite venir plus nombreux. La piscine au centre de la maison est suffisamment grande. La climatisation de la maison serait un plus. A conseiller.

Signori si nasce

Siamo stati a luna rossa la terza settimana di agosto, la struttura è estremamente fruibile , eravamo in 13 , tra i 20 e 70 anni . Ognuno ha goduto della location in grande serenità e comodità nel rispetto della propria privacy . Grandi spazi e splendido panorama. Qualche insetto di troppo, ma ci sta ! Unica nota dolente il rifiuto della signora Giulia a permetterci di lasciare la casa un po' più tardi rispetto agli orari prefissati , nonostante non vi fossero altri ospiti in arrivo , partire un po' più tardi ci avrebbe consentito di evitare le ore più calde per il viaggio . Priva di senso la giustificazione delle pulizie organizzate visto che per altro siamo stati invitati a portare con noi l ' ultima immondizia . Comunque consigliata

Fantastisk ferie i Villa Luna Rossa

Tak for en fantastisk ferie i Luna Rossa i juli 2017. Vi var 12 personer afsted i alderen 4-74 år. Børnene var meget glade for poolen, projektoren på øvre terrassen, hvor de så tegnefilm om aftenen, samt husets mange rum og etager, hvor de kunne lege gemmeleg. De voksne var voldsomt overvældet og imponerede over roen og den fantastiske udsigt, som omgav huset. Vi ankom meget sent til Luna Rossa (kl 3 om natten!!!). Trods det tog Massimo og Giulia imod os med den mest overdådige lækre anretning af specialiteter, som deres datter havde lavet. Det smagte fantastisk, var en fryd for øjet, og der var så meget mad, at vi spiste lækre desserter i flere dage efter. Næste dag kl 11 kørte Massimo og Giulia med os ind til et stort marked i Fondi, som kun har åbent om søndagen. Her købte vi friske, lækre grøntsager og frugt samt tøj i flot design og god kvalitet. Vi satte stor pris på huset mange udendørs terrasser. Disse gav mulighed for at trække sig lidt, hvis man havde brug for ensomhed og ro i løbet af dagen, men samtidig gerne ville slikke sol. Terrassen, hvor projektoren fandtes, mindede om en udendørs køkken/stue. Her sad vi om aftenen og spiste aftensmad, spillede spil og hyggede os, mens de mindste slappede af og så film. Det var enormt hyggeligt! Værelserne inden i huset var fine. De 2 mindste værelser på 1. sal var dog svære at få kølige til natten. Køkkenet var godt udstyret med service! Vi kunne godt have brugt en større ovn eller bare en ekstra ovn, og lidt mere plads i køkkenet, men vi klarede os. De, som boede i Morera, var meget glade for, at der var aircondition. De var dog lidt udfordret af kloaklugt, som bredte sig til hele rummet. Man skal være indstillet på, at vælge man at holde ferie i Luna Rossa, så får man ro, idyl og masser af skønhed. Prisen for at få dette er, at der er ca 30 min. transporttid til indkøb pr. vej. Vi købte ind ca hver 2. dag. Det samme gælder, såfremt man vil ind til Sperlonga by og hygge sig. Inden man er kommet ned af bjerget og har fundet en parkeringsplads, er der gået ca 25-30 min. Når man skal 12 personer afsted kræver det lidt planlægning. Vores holdning er, at såfremt man vil have alt den skønhed, som Luna Rossa kunne tilbyde, så må man tage transporttiden med i købet. Det er ikke muligt at få den idyl, vi oplevede, hvis man samtidig vil bo tæt på indkøb og byliv. Vi kan varmt anbefale Luna Rossa, og det er ikke sidste gang vi holder ferie i Luna Rossa!

magnifique villa pour des vacances de rêves

une belle villa, confortable, très bien équipée, avec une vue superbe sur la Mediterrannée, et les montagnes environnantes, à moins de 20min d'une des plus plages de la côte (Bazzano) et d'un des plus beaux village d'Italie (Sperlonga). Accueil de qualité, disponibilité Vraiment idéale pour les familles nombreuses ou entre amis !

Dream Property Come True!

Our stay at Villa Luna Rossa was perfect. High in the hills between Gaeta and Sperlonga, the location was ideal and the ocean view endless.We were a group of 6 adults celebrating my husband's 40th birthday, and staying at Luna Rossa was the best decision we made. Guilia and her family were excellent hosts, including a welcome meal we asked her daughter to cater. Fabulous!

Best Vacation Ever

We loved our stay in this villa with the most spectacular views. From the minute we arrived we felt the stress and tension from our long flight and car ride melt away. The resort is in fact for lovers of nature, but more evident was the graciousness of our host. Even though we don't speak more than a few words of Italian, Giulia made us feel at ease and was extremely helpful despite the language barrier. We just adored her and her family. Especially wonderful was the meal we contracted her to provide and the appetizers that were awaiting us upon arrival at La Luna Rosa. Her daughter Chiara is a great chef! What a fabulous way to begin our stay and settle in from the jet lag. We would totally recommend this villa for travelers looking to get away from the crowds. This area around the villa is a gem and a wonderful alternative to Rome in the hot summer months. Sperlonga and Gaeta, the towns closest to the villa are easy to get to, and both very beautiful. There's a lot of history to explore, as well as great beaches, farmers markets, and excellent restaurants. If you are at all on the fence about renting this villa, don’t be. Ottima sistemazione, consigliata per gruppi

L'annuncio descriveva in modo accurato la sistemazione. La nostra famiglia (composta da 2 adulti e un bambino) ha utilizzato la sistemazione Morea, abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e in ottimo stato. La casa è distribuita su più livelli, il che permette di condividere spazi comuni ma di ritagliarsi il proprio angolo di tranquillità. Il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La zona cucina è ben attrezzata.

15 giorni bellissimi

Siamo stati due settimane ospiti in questa casa bellissima, con una vista panoramica a 360° sul mare. Devo dire che il contesto naturale è stato mozzafiato e comunque, nonostante i tornanti, in posizione comoda per raggiungere sperlonga (15'-20' in auto) e le spiagge (alcune molto vicine, in 5-10'), lungo una strada davvero bella e mai trafficata. La casa è confortevole (magari uno stendino in più) e ad ogni bisogno, Giulia e suo marito si sono attivati puntualmente (durante un grosso temporale un fulmine ha creato danni elettrici e i proprietari sono stati presenti). Eravamo in 16 con bambini tra i 3 e i 6 anni: per loro una pacchia, ed anche per noi. Indimenticabili i barbecue in terrazza, gli aperitivi e le cene al chiaro di luna e stelle, le colazioni vista mare. La villa è molto grande e noi ne abbiamo utilizzato ogni angolo, depandance comprese, essendo in molti. Io personalmente ho dormito in una delle camere interne alla casa e, con la pala, la notte era piacevole. La piscina è stata ottimale per i bimbi perché raccolta e nei weekend abbiamo spesso preferito raccoglierci lì piuttosto che andare in spiaggia. Una nota sulla spiagge: mai realmente affollate e per questo vivibilissime, con un bel mare che è stato una sorpresa. Sperlonga è stata una vera scoperta. Consigliamo!

estremamente rilassante e rinvigorente

Questa è terza volta che fortunatamente riusciamo a passare una settimana a Luna rossa. Come sempre, ma ancora di più, la casa si è rivelata confortevole, rilassante, energetica e corroborante! Senza tralasciare la gioia degli occhi quando si posano sul paesaggio...da consigliare assolutamente per una ricarica del corpo e della mente...

Una casa panoramica

Sperlonga é gradevole, ordinata, pulita con buoni ristoranti. Per andare dalla villa "luna rossa" al mare, si percorre una strada con molte curve per circa 6 km. La residenza é su più livelli con spazi esterni confortevoli ed una piccola piscina. L'interno é un pò trascurato, in particolare le camere da letto: é opportuno portare il cuscino da casa. Il costo della locazione viene calcolato in base al numero degli ospiti; vengono addebitate a parte le spese per le pulizie. All'arrivo viene chiesto il saldo in contanti. Dalla descrizione della casa e relative foto ci aspettavamo di meglio.

Perched on the hill overlooking the sea.

Great location perched up in the hills looking out to sea. Out of town and away from the action but close enough that you can in to town whenever you feel the need. Great area with nice beaches on either side. Would love to find our way back here again !
