This modern and cozy duplex apartment overlooking the ocean is the perfect setting for guests who love the sea, nature and relaxed coastal living. Thoughtfully decorated with comfort in mind, it is the perfect home-from-home.

Ideal for families and small groups, the lower floor features a bright living area with a sea-facing balcony, a comfortable sofa, a 75’’ 4K TV, and a dining table for the whole family. This is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy sunsets over the ocean.

Also on the lower floor is a service bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes essential crockery and utensils, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and stove. There is also a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor are two double bedrooms with ocean views and a queen en-suite bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own balcony, plenty of storage, and high-quality bed linen to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

For adventure lovers, the proximity to the sea offers easy access to water activities such as surfing and bodyboarding, taking advantage of the water's purity and the beauty of the local rock formations that make this area so special.

The strategic location, less than 15 minutes from Porto airport, allows you to swap the calm of the coastal living for the cosmopolitan vibe of Porto's historic centre in just a short journey. You can easily visit icons such as the Clérigos Tower, Ribeira, and the Port Wine Cellars to delve into Portugal's culture and history.

Local gastronomy is another highlight, with many exquisite restaurants serving fresh fish and local cuisine. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

There are bus stops on the street, with several lines, less than 300 meters away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be required to verify your identity before entering. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by Portuguese authorities.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 for the smoking fee.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
