The accommodation is located in the historic center of Padua, just steps from the University and the stunning Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Frutti, along the old medieval walls.

All the city's main tourist attractions are just a few minutes' walk away!

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

The interior space is organized on two levels as follows:

First Level:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 65 TV, dining table with chairs, counter with stools;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, wine cooler, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, toilet, washing machine, and dryer;

Second Level: Mezzanine (accessible via stairs):

- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and wardrobe;

- BEDROOM II with double bed, bedside table, chair with desk, and chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM II with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:

Unlimited WiFi, independent heating with heat pump, split air conditioning, iron and ironing board and clothes drying rack, hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment from 15:00.

They will be at your disposal for any information before and during your stay. I kindly ask you to agree the time and details of your check-in directly with them.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00

EUR 50 between 23:00 and 01:00.

It is not possible to check-in after 01:00.

We are in the heart of Padua. The building, in fact, is located just a few steps from the beautiful Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Frutti. Like all the ancient streets of the medieval area, Via Cesare Battisti is characterized by long porticoes finely decorated with old frescoes and wooden floors. It is a quiet street where the students meet, as it's close to Padua University's Statistics Department.

The apartment is also close to Palazzo Zabarella, a Paduan period building, built by the eponymous family that is now the headquarter of the Bano Foundation, a private organization that promotes local art exhibitions at an international level.

- From Padua Train Station, take the U03 bus and get off at the Riviera Ponti Romani stop, a 1-minute walk from the accommodation;

- From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take the E015-V bus and get off at the Padova Fiera stop. From there, walk to the Via Tommaseo/Fiera stop (a 1-minute walk), take the U03 bus and get off at the Riviera Ponti Romani stop, a 1-minute walk from the accommodation;

- The apartment is located in the ZTL area, but nearby there is a pay parking open 24 hours (Via Trieste 50, 10 min walk from the apartment).
