M House Loft with Terrace Close to Port, Beach and

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal.

The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M.

M house is located in the upper level. As you enter, you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen. All of them overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia.

There is a small hall in the access, which leads you to the two bedrooms. Both of them have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200.

There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, which has a bed 160x190, and a bed with a pull out bed underneath, and a bathroom with a shower.

As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout.

Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine.

The house is in El Cabañal, an authentic and traditional neighborhood, with a very rich life and a great light and atmosphere. A seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. If you are lucky, you can hear the local artists playing the guitar or singing.

It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport
