The accommodation:

Located next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most emblematic and avant-garde architectural complexes in Valencia. Just a 10-minute walk from the apartment you will find the Oceanographic Park, the Prince Philip Science Museum, the Hemispheric, the Queen Sofía Opera Palace, Gulliver Park… all within the Turia River Gardens, Spain's largest urban garden, where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll. We recommend having a coffee or an aperitif at one of the many cafés and restaurants that surround it.

- Practical open-plan kitchen leading into the living room with a bar area with two stools, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender…

- Exquisite master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed, high-quality mattress, spacious wardrobes and ceiling fan.

- 1st Bathroom equipped with comfortable shower with screen, sink, toilet and mirror.

- 2nd bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

- 2nd Complete bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

- Sitting area equipped with sofa and comfortable armchair.



GROUND FLOOR (access by stairs):

- 3rd bedroom with a 135x190 cm double bed, desk and chair.



It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1.5l bottle of mineral water. (No replacements are made).

A very quiet area, in the heart of Valencia, the Turia River Gardens. 100 metres from the apartment you will find all kinds of services, restaurants, the Aqua and El Saler shopping centres, El Corte Inglés, Mercadona and Consum supermarkets, etc…



How to get around:

Just a few metres from the building there is a Bus stop, Taxi rank, Cycle lane and a quiet area where you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the Turia River Garden.

- Bus stop: Menorca-Shopping Centre (99) / Pintor Maella-Menorca (35 and 94)

- Metro: Maritim Serrería (5 and 7)

- Tram: Marítim-Serrería (6 and 8)

- Taxi and cycle lane.



House Rules:

- Check-in time: 15:00 - 20:00 h. (Outside these hours, charge of €30).

- Check-out time: 09:00 - 11:00 h.

- No parties.

- No smoking.

- Pets are not allowed. Exception for certified emotional support animals. This exception is subject to an additional cost and prior verification of the pet's official permit or certificate.

- No more people than those indicated in the booking.

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities in use and towards neighbours.

- Respect quiet hours from 22:00 h to 10:00 h.
