The inviting living and dining area offers a cozy sofa bed and a TV, making it perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day out. A dining table for six creates the ideal setting for shared meals. From here, you can step directly onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor ambiance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and all the essential cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner with ease.

The apartment features two serene sleeping areas: one bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and a suite with another queen-size bed and a private bathroom complete with a luxurious bathtub. Both bedrooms have direct access to the expansive terrace, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience and a peaceful place to relax.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, conveniently located near Arrábida Shopping, offering a wide range of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Guests can easily explore the Gaia riverside, famous wine cellars, and enjoy panoramic views from Jardim do Morro. With quick access to the Douro River and Porto’s historic center, it’s an ideal base for shopping, sightseeing, and relaxing in the Porto region.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
