Welcome to our Brand New very cozy and stylish 2 bedrooms apartment in the brand new complex and just 5 minutes away from Puerto Banus and 25 min walk to the nearest beach!!
Our apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary modern appliances for comfort cooking, living room with large TV and sound system, sofa, electric fireplace.
Lights rain" on the wall behind the sofa creates cozy and use of modern led lights across the flat create a unique light picture which guests can optimize according to their taste. Large encircling terrace equipped with BBQ, dining set, outside sofa set and sun beds made for those guests who prefer to dine and wine in the fresh air, enjoying sunsets and admiring the non obstructed views towards the palms, green areas all around and houses rising up to the La Concha mountain beautifully covered by mist on a cloudy day!
There is a very fast Internet thanks to Starlink dish.
Our home is exquisitely decorated and furnished by local designer who used simple light forms to extend the space and succeeded in it.
The apartment is set on the 2nd floor, in the building with an elevator.
The territory is gated and secured, there is a community swimming pool and a gym and social room all of which guests are welcomed to use.
One parking space in the underground garage is included in the price.
This is a popular lively neighborhood where guests will find multiple amenities: 3 supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, dry cleaners, dentists, flower shops, butcher., sports center, football and tennis fields, numerous cafes and restaurants of Spanish, Italian, Eastern cuisine, some are popular beyond locals and guests from other parts of Marbella come to dine here, or another one where you can buy grilled chicken, both are set right in front of the entrance gate to the house....and many more.
