The house's architectural design reinterprets Lanzarote's traditional principles in a contemporary and subtly playful way. At the same time, it maintains and evolves the original essence of the 1970s development on Famara beach, with its characteristic round bungalows, integrating these elements into the redesign of the homes and their gardens.

The exterior is defined by the island's emblematic materials: volcanic stone, whitewashed surfaces, and wooden joinery. These materials are also carried over to the interiors, where they are combined with a selection of sensory and colorful finishes that envelop each room in a unique atmosphere.

This house also has the distinction of being located on the beachfront, providing the feeling of being right on the beach throughout your stay.

Located in a private, gated community with security, the main house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a living room and dining area with a table for six, three double bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a capsule coffee machine, hotel-quality linens, and complimentary toiletries in all bathrooms. Whether for a romantic getaway, a family trip, a few days with friends, or for those seeking a peaceful retreat during a business trip, our villa offers the perfect setting.

Additionally, the property includes a separate studio annex with a double bed, a private kitchen, a private bathroom, and a completely private terrace, providing a separate area for those seeking greater privacy within the main house. *Access to this annex will incur an additional charge for groups of six or fewer guests. For groups of more than six, the annex is included in the rate and available for use at no extra cost.
