Villa Lume is a modern house located between Priora and Massa Lubrense; it boasts a breathtaking view of the area and of Capri and the Gulf of Naples. The location makes this house perfect for a relaxing holiday with family and friends as it is located in a quiet neighbourhood but at the same time, not far from the bus station. Visit Capri, Pompeii and nearby Sorrento and Positano to experience the different cuisines and local traditions.

The villa develops over 2 levels.

On the ground floor, we enter the villa directly into the bright living area with a double sofa bed, and TV. To the right of the entrance we have the kitchen and dining area and toilet. From the living room, there is access to the patio, furnished with comfortable garden furniture, prefect for al-fresco dining.

From the living area, via stairs (no railing) we access the first floor. Here, we have the sleeping area consisting of one double bedroom with small balcony that has views over the sea and the nearby islands and a small table with chairs; the other bedroom is a twin bedroom (convertible in double upon request by adjoining the beds), a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. One single bed can be added in the twin bedroom on request, please enquire.

The outside area was devised with comfort and practicality in mind. It offers a private swimming pool (6m x 4m - depth 1.40m; available April to end of October) with sun loungers, a covered dining area with table and chairs, barbecue and outdoor sink, hammock, a second patio with dining area accessed directly from the living room, and a table tennis.
