Brand new apartment located in a renovated building designed to meet the most high-end standards. The apartment is in a 3rd floor, with elevator (temporarily out of order!) and with a beautiful solid-wood stairway surrounded by original Portuguese tiles. The apartment gets tons of light during the day and provides the best comfort with sound-proof windows, air conditioner and Wi-Fi.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both are suites with queen-size beds.

The apartment has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and a service bathroom without shower.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, balcony with a view over the Restauradores Square, a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

This is one of the Lisbon's most sophisticated neighbourhoods - perfectly located between the monumental area of Baixa and the more business-oriented Marques de Pombal.
You are also within a walking distance from all the main places to visit and from all the typical neighborhoods like Principe Real, Rossio, Castelo and Alfama. Here you will find historic monuments, breathtaking viewpoints, Fado houses and fancy bars and restaurants.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

Please note, that there's little free parking in the area.
Underground Parking - 25€ for 24 Hours.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11am.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
