The living room and bedroom open to the street, revealing the neighborhood’s rhythm. A simple, authentic retreat with everything you need to experience Lisbon genuinely.
On the second floor of a traditional Alfama building, this apartment embodies the neighborhood’s charm - authentic, simple, and full of little stories.
Natural light enters through the bedroom and living room windows, filling the space with warmth and calm. A home made to slow down and live Lisbon like a local.
Living Room:
The heart of the home, where white walls and wooden tones create a peaceful atmosphere.
- Comfortable sofa-bed
- TV and reading lamp
- Dining table for four, perfect for sharing a glass of wine at the end of the day
Bedroom:
Behind a frosted glass door, the bedroom feels serene and cozy. The peacock-patterned wallpaper adds an elegant, artistic touch, echoing the charm of old Lisbon homes.

- French balcony overlooking the quiet street
Kitchen and Dining Area:
Located in the interior part of the apartment, small but full of character, with everything you need for breakfast or a light meal.

- Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- Wooden desk, perfect for journaling or remote work
Bathroom:
Also interior, compact and modern, featuring a shower and hairdryer - all you need, without excess.

- Car access is restricted (residents and taxis only) - the neighborhood is best explored on foot
- Ongoing construction works in one of the building units, no timetable for completion.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- Lisbon is a historic city in continuous modernization, which may result in renovation works in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may occur during your stay.
