On-site, you'll find the Lake House Bar and Restaurant, nine-hole adventure golf, dog agility course, an outdoor playground, Farmer Jack's mini-shop, along with live music and seasonal entertainment. Highchair available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a decking with furniture and hot tub, and an on-site car park available with EV charging for an additional fee. With a wide choice of excellent pubs, hotels, restaurants and entertainment, Penrith also offers a museum, and Millennium Trails round the historic city streets. Within easy reach of the town is Rheged – an innovative visitor centre with shops, restaurants, exhibitions and a giant cinema screen showing educational and informative films. Brougham Castle, Brougham Hall (The Windsor of the North), Lowther Castle and Gardens, Long Meg and her daughters (the 3rd largest stone circle in England) and the historic city of Carlisle are all a short drive away, as is the stunning scenery of both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
