For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Casa Alegre is located inside the historical area but in quiet street, away from the town center buzz. Within 5 minutes walking distance you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, coffee shops, restaurants and the local food market. There's public parking in the street and you can reach the historical town center and some monuments by foot.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, the best way is to contact us so we can provide a Transfer service to pick you up at the airport (subject to an extra cost).

There are two train stations (Sintra and Portela de Sintra) and bus stations within 15 minutes walking distance.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
