- Building
A modern ground-floor apartment in a building located in a quiet residential area of Cascais, just a 10-minute walk from the coast and a 5-minute drive from the historic center.
Due it's ground floor location, it's more prone to outside noises.

Equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, you will feel comfortable at any time of the year!

Access to the building is via a large pedestrian square, but with access by car.

Although the apartment is on the ground floor, access to the building includes a step.

Note that Cascais is a coastal city, so the climate is naturally humid.

- Living Room
The neutral tones, with the use of wood and natural fibers, create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere (which, in fact, is felt throughout the apartment!).
The living room has a comfortable seating area with a 55-inch TV and a dining table for 6 people.

- Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms.
One suite with a double bed that opens to a small balcony; one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed (convertible into two) with a convenient work desk.
All bedrooms have ample wardrobes!

- Kitchen
Comfortably prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and also washing machines for clothes and dishes.

- Bathrooms
The apartment has 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite, and a guest bathroom.

- Storage
A small but very practical storage area in the corridor. Here you will also find the water heater. We recommend paying attention to the duration of showers to ensure hot water is available for your entire group. When the tank is emptied, the equipment requires some time to restore the hot water supply.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.

- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).

- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.

- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.

- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.

- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
