Comfortable and cozy apartment just 2km's away from the historic center of Cascais, a seaside resort west of Lisbon known for its emblematic beaches and relaxed lifestyle. The apartment is perfect for your holidays and enjoying the good weather on the spacious balcony overlooking the sea. The city of Lisbon is just a few minutes away by car, as are other famous attractions in the region such as Guincho Beach, Casino Estoril and the beautiful village of Sintra.

￫ Building
This 50 square meters apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator in a residential area, absolutely perfect for couples looking for good days out in Cascais, with all the main attractions a few minutes away. It's an old building, and as such, it exhibits some typical features of its age, such as an outdated plumbing system and poor soundproofing. Therefore, we recommend ventilating the spaces regularly during your stay.

￫ Living Area
The living area has a sofa-bed (suitable only for children or teenagers up to 1,60m of height), flat screen TV, desk, ar conditioning and balcony with table for 2 people with an incredible ocean view.

￫ Bedroom
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a full bathroom with shower.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included).

Good to Know

- The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old building with an elevator. As such, it shows features typical of its time, including an older plumbing system and limited sound insulation.

- We recommend airing out the apartment regularly during your stay for greater comfort.

- The sofa bed in the living room is suitable only for children or teenagers up to 1.60m tall and is not intended for adults.

- The apartment is set in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes’ walk from Cascais’ main attractions.

- The balcony offers a lovely sea view, but the space is compact.

- Ongoing construction works in the building, with no timetable for completion.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
