The villa’s main house offers a luxurious, inviting atmosphere with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite), all thoughtfully arranged around a sparkling pool. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, and a spacious living area, all designed for comfort and relaxation. The views of the majestic White Mountains add to the serene beauty of the private pool and outdoor area, where you can enjoy al fresco dining and barbecue meals. 

For added comfort, the pool can be heated for 100€ per day, making it an ideal choice for any season. On the same level, there’s an independent apartment featuring an open-plan kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, providing extra privacy and comfort. In the basement, guests can explore a charming wine cellar, complete with a selection of wines available for purchase and tasting. This level also includes its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and dining area, perfect for memorable wine-tasting experiences and relaxation. Each room is equipped with ample closet space, a TV, air conditioning, and balcony doors leading directly to the outdoor spaces. The villa boasts a total of 6 bathrooms, some with baths or showers, as well as a washer-dryer for convenience. 

The expansive outdoor area is designed for all ages to enjoy. The main 80m² pool and a smaller 37m² pool cater to both adults and younger guests, promising fun and carefree moments. A small playground and a ping-pong table offer additional entertainment. Sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower make the pool area an oasis of comfort. For outdoor dining, you’ll find a dedicated space, a traditional wood-fired oven, and a BBQ. 

At the entrance, a secure private car park and a ramp ensure easy wheelchair access. The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property.

The villa is located just outside of Vrises village in Apokoronas area. The village is built at an altitude of 600 m on the northern foothills of Mount Kedros. It is an old settlement that seems to have already been inhabited during the Venetian period, as it is mentioned in historical sources from the 16th century. Every visitor, walking around the village today, will see many fountains with running water, which come from the springs of Mount Kedros. The abandoned, since the previous century, settlement of Smiles which is located in the northeast and at a close distance from Vryses, is of interest, too. In Smiles village, it is worth seeing the ruins of the church of Panagia, which preserves fragments of frescoes, as well as the small, stone bridge, also known as the Smiliano bridge that crosses over the river Kalamavkas or Smilianos river, at the east of the village. If you visit Vrises on the fifteenth of August, the day of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, you will have the opportunity to experience an unforgettable evening at the festival of the village! Every year on this day there is a big outdoor celebration with traditional music and dances, which is organized by the cultural association of the village.

- Supermarkets and Shops: Local supermarkets and essential shops are a short 5-minute drive from the property. 

- Public Transport: Public transportation options are limited in this area, so a car is the best way to get around. 

- Airport: Chania International Airport is about a 45-minute drive from the property.
