The main level features two spacious living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, and a WC. The ground floor houses three airy bedrooms with premium mattresses, TVs, and air conditioning, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and wardrobe, as well as a separate bathroom with a hydro-massage shower column.

The lower level boasts a fully equipped gym, ideal for staying active during your stay. The experience is crowned by the breathtaking roof garden on the upper level, a haven of relaxation with sunbeds, a hammock, sofas, and a dining area. Surrounded by lush plants and flowers, this space also includes a BBQ area for delightful meals with loved ones.

The villa’s private pool invites you to bask under the sun or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. Bright, wall-to-wall windows flood the interior with light and frame stunning sea views, ensuring every moment feels extraordinary. The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
